Zacatelco is a city in the Mexican state of Tlaxcala . It is located in the Valle de Puebla-Tlaxcala and is part of the metropolitan area of the metropolitan city Heroica Puebla de Zaragoza , called Zona Metropolitana de Puebla-Tlaxcala . The Kazike Castañeda Agustín officially founded Zacatelco on December 1, 1529.
