The Zagore Beach (English; Bulgarian Загорски бряг Sagorski brjag ) is a 4 km long and in the Antarctic summer not snow-covered beach in the southeast of Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is located on the east bank of False Bay , which is also the west coast of the Roschen Peninsula , between the Charity Glacier and the Ruen Icefall . The Ogosta Point is in its center.
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2002 after the historic Sagore region in the Bulgarian Balkan Mountains .
