The magazine “Orac aktuell / Zivilrechts-Info” (January 2001 to December 2005) was incorporated into the Zak magazine.

The Zak is issued by Georg Kodek ( Councilor of the Supreme Court ) and Matthias Neumayr (Councilor of the Supreme Court) 22 times a year.

In the Zak, short specialist articles with practical tips, an overview of the current status of important legislative projects in Austria and Europe as well as practical judicature overviews on special topics, along with the latest civil law decisions and information, are published in German and in special issues on the subject of civil law ( civil law , civil procedural law , international private law ) presented in a nutshell. The publisher's claim is aimed, among other things, at providing the reader with the latest information through Zak with a “ maximum of 30 minutes per issue ”.
