The Zaldapa Ridge (English, Bulgarian рид Залдапа rid Salpada ) is a largely unvereister, western eastern orientation in 4.6 km and 1.7 km wide ridge on the Yatrus Promontory of Trinity Peninsula in Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is characterized by two 383 m and 359 m high peaks , of which the higher towers 4.55 km east-northeast of McCalman Peak , 7.06 km south of Abel Nunatak and 4.75 km west to south of Jade Point .
German and British scientists mapped it together in 1996. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2010 after the ancient Thracian village and later Roman settlement of Salpada in northeastern Bulgaria .
