The Zaliv Moskovskij ( English transcription from Russian Залив Московский Saliw Moskowiski , German 'Moscow Bay' ) is a bay on the Princess Martha coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It is located northeast of Proshchaniya Bay in the ice shelf belt .
Russian scientists named them.
