Nikita Semjonowitsch Kondratjew

Nikita Semyonovich Kondratyev ( Russian Никита Семёнович Кондратьев * 29. December 1915 in Pavlovsky Posad , Russian Empire ; † 16th August 1986 in Moscow , RSFSR , USSR ) was a Soviet theater - and film - actor .

Life

Kondratiev graduated from the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography in 1937 and then performed at the Moscow State Academic Theater until his death . He was also involved in various stage recordings, including Записки Пиквикского клуба ( Sapiski Pikwikskogo kluba , 1972) based on Dickens ' Die Pickwickier and the Turgenew adaptation Степной король Лир ( Stepnoi korol , 1976).

The dark-haired mime made his film debut in 1935 in the comedy Мяч и сердце ( Mjatsch i serdze ). Four years later, Kondratjew , who otherwise worked as a supporting actor, played his most expansive role as Anton , the older brother of the main character, in The Beautiful Vasilisa . About ten years later he was to make two more films with Alexander Rou . Notable engagements had Kondratyev also in the comedy Volga-Volga , the biographical work of Gorky's childhood (both 1938), as Jules Verne in Человек с планеты Земля ( Chelovek s planety Zemlya , 1958) and in Слепой музыкант ( Slepoi musykant , 1960) by Vladimir Korolenko's story The Blind Musician . For the documentary Искусство актёра ( Iskusstwo aktjora ) he portrayed Maxim Gorky . Kondratjew was involved in 38 projects, his last film, the melodrama Время летать ( Vremja letat ), was released a year after his death.
