Zambrano Ridge is a ridge on Tonkin Island off the Bowman Coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It marks the eastern extension of the island in a north-south orientation.

On a Chilean map from 1947, based on the results of the first Chilean Antarctic Expedition based (1946-1947), Tonkin Iceland is erroneously represented as two islands, where the more northerly than Isla Mateo de Toro Zambrano and the more southerly than Isla Riquelme referred becomes. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee transferred the name of the more northerly of the two islands to the ridge described here. Name giver is Mateo de Toro Zambrano y Ureta (1727-1811), the last Spanish governor of Chile , who headed the first government junta in Chile until his death .
