Zargar ( Persian : زرگر) is a small town in Iran, located in Abyek County. At the 2006 census, the population was 750 in 182 families. A special feature is that Roma live there who speak the Balkan dialect Zargari Romani . Only 34,000 of the more than 800,000 Roma in Iran speak Balkan Romans .
