Ze Soares , actually José Soares da Silva Filho (born July 27, 1983 in Paulo Afonso , Brazil ), is a former Brazilian football player. His position was the storm .

Career

Ze Soares started his career in 2000 at Palmeiras São Paulo . In 2004 he left Palmeiras and played in the following three years at Luverdense, Esporte Clube São Bento, Sorocoba and Clube do Remo in the lower Brazilian divisions.

In 2007 he moved to Bulgaria to join Levski Sofia . In its first season, the club was runner-up. In 2008/09 the championship title was won and the Supercup was won.

In January 2010, the Brazilian left Levski and moved to the Ukraine to Metalurg Donetsk . In the 2009/10 season he came mostly as a substitute for short appearances. In the 2010/11 season he became a regular. In the 2012/13 season he lost this status again and was often on the bench. In the second half of 2013 he was finally no longer considered and left the club in early 2014 to return to Brazil. He joined his former club, Clube do Remo . He ended his career at the end of 2016.
