history

The first years

On September 24, 1748, the request was made . In the same year, the mine field was worked with two tunnels . In the years 1754 and 1755 the mine was in pursuant to paragraph shortage deadlines set. The mine was surveyed in 1756 . From 1768 the mine was in operation for several years. On January 18 of 1771 the Ratmann Dorn Seiffen, who were top jurors Wunnenberg, the court clerk Rautert, Diergarten the old man to Stiepel, Nettlenbeck to Stiepel and Johann Diedrich Pleuger Senior Behrenbeck to Holthausen than trades in the documents of the mining authority entered. In 1772 the mine was still in operation. In 1775 the mine, including a side bank, was mentioned in the records. The mine was in operation in 1777 and 1778 as well as in 1782. In 1800 it was again put in time limits. In 1835 , the Leibzucht colliery consolidated with other mines to form the United Leibzucht colliery .

United body breed

The United Leibzucht colliery in Bochum-Stiepel was established in 1835 through the consolidation of the Leibzucht, Geismar, Westermann and Maria Catherina collieries. There was probably no operation after the consolidation. On December 23, 1841, two length fields were awarded, these were the fields of body breeding no. 1 and body breeding no. 2. After this award, the company was presumably started. In 1846 the mine was demonstrably in operation. In 1896, the two Längenfelds' Leibzucht No. 1 and Leibzucht No. 2 were integrated into the newly founded Zeche Glückswinkelburg . After that there is no further information about the United Leibzucht colliery.
