The Zehlaubruch ( Russian Озёрское болото , Osjorskoje boloto ) is a raised bog in the Kaliningrad Oblast ( Russia ), formerly East Prussia .

Located south of Oserki (until 1946 Groß Lindenau ), the raised bog is surrounded to the west, north and east by the Frisching Forest (or Frisching Forest, Russian Озёрский лес , Osjorski les ). The area belonged to the Wehlau district until 1945 ; today it is part of the Prawdinsk Rajon (formerly Friedland ).

The moor is about 23 km² (2300  ha ) in size. More than 40 bodies of water make up about eight hectares. The moor rises from the plain to a height of 8.6 m above the ground and 38.6 m above sea level . It is drained mainly from the Prochladnaja (Frisching) to the Frischer Haff in a westerly direction, also to the north via the Baidukowka (Gilge) and Gwardeiskaja (Kuhfließ) brooks to the Pregel and to the southeast via the Saprudnaja (Schwöne) to Alle .

As the only still growing raised bog on what was then Germany's territory, the Zehlaubruch had been under nature protection since 1910. For decades after 1945 the moor was part of a military restricted area. Its current protection status is unclear. It is recorded as Osjorski sapowednik on maps from the 1980s . In an order issued by the Russian government in 1994 to set up nature reserves and national parks in the period up to 2005, the moor is listed as Sapowednik Prawdinski , but is no longer listed in a decree following in 2001 for the period up to 2010.
