The Swiss History Journal (SZG), with the parallel titles Revue Suisse d'Histoire and Rivista Storica Svizzera , is a scientific journal focusing on Swiss history and general history.

It is published by the Swiss Society for History and is published by Schwabe Verlag . The articles appear in one of the languages German , French and Italian with an abstract in one of the other languages.

Previous publications were the Anzeiger für Schweizerische Geschichte (1873 to 1920), the Yearbook for Swiss History (1876 to 1920) and the Journal for Swiss History (1921 to 1950). The magazine has been published four times a year since 1951.

All articles from 1873 onwards are accessible online free of charge (with a one-year blocking period).
