ZenithOptimedia is one with Starcom MediaVest to Publicis / VivaKi, the fourth largest media holding in Germany and No. 3 worldwide.. VivaKi is part of the multinational Publicis Groupe , the third largest communication service provider worldwide.

ZenithOptimedia is made up of the media agencies Zenithmedia and Optimedia and is represented with 218 offices in 72 countries. ZenithOptimedia is headquartered in London. The company reported a media volume (billings) of $ 28.4 million for 2010. Zenithmedia and Optimedia position themselves as "The ROI Agencies" (ROI = Return on Investment ) and support companies such as Nestlé , L'Oréal and Puma AG . In addition, ZenithOptimedia has been producing the quarterly study “Advertising Expenditure Forecast” for the development of the global advertising market for 15 years. The study is used by the advertising industry, the media and analysts as background information and barometer for the market.

In Germany, the media agencies Zenithmedia and Optimedia have offices in Düsseldorf , Frankfurt am Main and Munich . According to their own statements, they look after more than 150 customers. They have received several awards for their communication concepts, including seven times in Germany at the “German Media Prize”. For example, Zenithmedia received third prize in 2008 for the “Best Media Strategy of the Year” for the Toyota Auris 2007 launch campaign . Here, Zenithmedia worked with the BMZ + more agency to develop the largest poster campaign in Germany to date with 200,000 booked spaces . In 2010, Optimedia was awarded Nestlé Purina PetCare for the “Media Idea Outdoor 2010”. The agency convinced with posters smelling of “Beneful” dog food, which lured four-legged friends to advertising pillars and thus brought the brand message to the dog owner.
