The Zerkal'naya Bay ( English , Russian Бухта Зеркальная Buchta Serkalnaja , German , mirrors bay ' ) is a bay on the shores of Alaschejewbucht in East Antarctic Enderbyland . It is located 4.8 km east of the Russian Molodjoschnaja station and between Cape Stereguschtschi and Cape Feoktistow .
Aerial photographs were taken in 1956 as part of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions and in 1957 during a Soviet Antarctic expedition . Participants in the latter company gave the bay its name. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia translated this into English in 1972.
