Zeta Centauri (ζ Cen / ζ Centauri) is a star in the constellation Centaur .

Zeta Centauri has an apparent magnitude of +2.55 mag and belongs to the spectral class B2.5IV. The spectroscopic binary star is about 380 light years away , but very little is known about the companion.
