Zheng Meizhu ( Chinese 郑 美 珠 ; born November 5, 1962 in Fuzhou , Fujian , People's Republic of China ) is a former Chinese volleyball player .
Zheng Meizhu played in the Chinese national team as an outside attacker . She won the gold medal at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles . It was in 1985 World Cup winner in Japan and 1982 in Peru and in 1986 in Czechoslovakia world champion. At the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul , she won the bronze medal. Then Zheng Meizhu played for the German Bundesliga club VC Schwerte and Bayer 04 Leverkusen .
