ZhongDe Waste Technology AG ( Chinese 中德 垃圾 技术 公司 , Pinyin Zhōngdé lājī jìshù gōngsī ) is a German-Chinese manufacturer of waste incineration plants based in Frankfurt am Main and its main operational headquarters in Beijing .
Since 1996 the company has sold over 180 waste incinerators in China. The majority of the plants were built for clinical waste and small and medium-sized Chinese cities. The group's main production facility is in Fuzhou .
On July 6, 2007, ZhongDe was the first Chinese company to go public on the Prime Standard . The placement price of the paper, which was more than 13 times oversubscribed, was 26 euros, the initial listing was 30 euros. Before the IPO , CEO Chen Zefeng held 68.03 percent of the shares. With the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on June 28, 2011, the company relocated its headquarters from Hamburg to Frankfurt am Main on September 14, 2011 . There the company moved into office space on the 25th floor of the exhibition tower .
The name ZhongDe stands for China and Germany .
