Zoltán Holba

Zoltán Holba (born November 4, 1968 in Szentendre ) is a former Hungarian marathon runner .

In 1987 he won gold at the European Junior Championships in the 20 km road race . From 1992 to 1995 he was national champion four times in a row. At the World Half Marathon Championships he was 63rd in Palma in 1996 and 51st in Košice in 1997 .

In 1995 he won the Munich Marathon , and from 1996 to 1999 he won the Las Vegas Marathon four times in a row . In 1998 he ran at the marathon of the European Athletics Championships in Budapest in 33rd place and came second in the half marathon competition of the Wachau Marathon .

He took part in the cross-country championships twice. In 1987 he was 76th in the junior race and 180th in the long distance in 1997.
