Zoran Tomčić (born February 26, 1970 ) is a former Croatian football player.

Career

Zoran Tomčić played for the Croatian club HNK Segesta Sisak before moving to VfL Wolfsburg in the 2nd Bundesliga in 1996 . In his first year with Lower Saxony, he made 30 league games. There were also two appearances in the DFB Cup . So he was part of the Wolfsburg permanent staff and at the end of the season they were promoted to the Bundesliga . In Wolfsburg's first Bundesliga season , however, he only played seven games. At the end of the season he joined KFC Uerdingen 05 in the 2nd Bundesliga for one season . There he got significantly more playing time again. Further stations in Germany were the regional league teamsEisenhüttenstädter FC Stahl and SV Babelsberg 03 , before returning to his home country in 2001.
