Zoubida Laayouni (born February 5, 1956 ) is a former Moroccan discus thrower and is one of the most successful athletes in her country.

In her long active career, she won six African championship titles and set the national record that is still valid today (as of August 2012) in Meknes on March 20, 1994 with 56.94 meters. She was nominated four times for the World Cup in Athletics ( 1979 in Montreal , 1981 in Rome , 1985 in Canberra and 1989 in Barcelona ); however, she always came in eighth or ninth and last place.
