Zoumana Bakayogo (born August 17, 1986 in Paris , France ) is an Ivorian football player . He is under contract with Leicester City .

Career

society

Bakayoko began his career at the Center de Formation de Football de Paris and moved to the US Torcy in 2000. In 2001 he left the US Torcy and signed a contract with Paris Saint-Germain . At first he only played in reserve, but was pulled up to the professional team for the 2004/2005 season. Bakayoko could not prevail, however, and did not come to a game for PSG in Ligue 1 . In conclusion, he left France in August 2006 and signed a contract with Millwall FC . In January 2007 he was loaned to Brighton & Hove Albion for four months , but did not come to a game due to injury. In April 2007 he returned to Millwall where he played ten games until 2006 before signing with Union de la Jeunesse Arménienne de Paris in January 2009. In August 2009 he completed a trial with the Football League One team Tranmere Rovers , where he signed a contract on October 1.

National team

Born in France, he played for the country of his forefathers Ivory Coast , four games for the U-23 in qualifying for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing .
