The Zuniga Glacier is a glacier on the Walgreen Coast of Marie Byrd Land in West Antarctica . On the west side of the Bear Peninsula, it flows in a west-northwest direction to the Dotson Ice Shelf , which it reaches between Jeffery Head and Mount Bodziony .
The United States Geological Survey mapped him from aerial photographs of Operation Highjump (1946–1947) from 1947 and the United States Navy from 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1976 after Mike Zuniga, senior warehouse manager for aircraft supplies in seven Operation Deep campaigns Freeze between 1960 and 1978.
