The location is at 204 m above sea level. NHN at the foot of the Sondernbusch on the street In der Grüne above the Wupper on the city limits of Schwelm . The Beyenburger Tunnel of the Wuppertal Railway is located in the area . Neighboring locations are Kemna , Dahlhausen , Sondern , the abandoned Unterste Hammer and Weuste , Branbach and Dahlhausen in the Schwelmer urban area . On the other side of the Wuppertal are the extensive facilities of the Erfurt & Sohn paper mill .
history
In good hope there is a younger settlement that was not built until the 20th century. The place was shaped by a large quarry of the same name, which was built in the 19th century. This eight-hectare, 55-meter-deep quarry was backfilled as a Wuppertal garbage dump from 1953 to 1974, and the surface was renatured.
