Langerfeld-Beyenburg is a district in the far east of Wuppertal . Until the founding of the city of Wuppertal in 1929, its area belonged to the cities of Barmen , Ronsdorf and Lüttringhausen . In addition to Langerfeld , Beyenburg , Laaken and Eschensiepen have also been part of the city district since 1975 . Today it has almost 26,000 inhabitants.
