Zuzana Light (born on April 29, 1982 in Prague as Zuzana Majorová) is a Czech fitness athlete and former erotic actress , who was best known for her training instructions and workout videos . The videos are published at regular intervals, mostly daily, by Zuzana and her husband Frederick Light on their blog BodyRock.tv and on YouTube . Since 2015 - after separating from her husband - she has been running her own fitness website under the name Zuzka Light.

Career

Beginnings as a porn actress

Born and raised in Prague, Zuzana Majorová left her parents' home as a minor. In order to earn a living, she worked as a nude model and acted in some adult films and soft porn under the stage name Susana Spears . Through this activity she achieved a certain fame in her home country. However, she herself described the work as "humiliating" and wanted to get away from the genre. In 2002, Zuzana made a short appearance in the German comedy film Feuer, Eis & Dosenbier at the side of Axel Stein and Rick Kavanian . However, this did not bring the desired change, and she subsequently appeared again in porn films, such as in 2003 in two films with Markéta Bělonohá and in the Actiongirls.com series with Silvia Saint . After she married Frederick "Freddy" Light, she moved with him to his native Canada . In Toronto , Zuzana worked in a flower shop. In her free time, she shot workout videos with her husband, which they publish on YouTube and on her own blog.

In the meantime, Zuzana and Freddy have added nutrition tips to the content of their blog and are now including the readers. Videos and so-called “before and after” photos are shown of users who have changed their body shape with the help of the workout videos. In addition to the training videos, they also show purely private videos that have the character of reality TV, for example from vacation.
