Tsvetan Walentinow Genkow (also written Tsvetan Valentinov Genkov , Bulgarian Цветан Генков , born August 8, 1984 in Mesdra ) is a Bulgarian football player .
Career
society
Genkow began his career at the local soccer club Lokomotive Mesdra and played there from 1996 to 2002 in the youth. In 2002 he made his debut in the first team. In 2004 he moved to Lokomotive Sofia and had 102 league games by 2007. In his last season he was the top scorer in the league with 27 goals. On June 9, 2007 he moved to Russia for FK Dynamo Moscow . He played there in the position of the striker and wore the shirt number 16. After 37 games and four goals, he moved in January 2011 to Wisła Krakow . Here he scored a total of 17 goals in 55 games and moved to Levski Sofia in 2013 .
In the summer of 2014, Genkow moved to the second Turkish league and signed with Denizlispor for two years . His contract was not renewed in the summer of 2016, after which Genkow moved to Lok Gorna Orjachowiza .
National team
In 2005 he completed his first international match for the Bulgarian national soccer team and by 2012 had a total of 18 appearances.
