The company started producing automobiles in 1913 . The brand name was Berkeley . Production ended in the same year.

The only model was the 14/18 HP . A four-cylinder engine with a 75 mm bore , 100 mm stroke , 1764 cm³ displacement and 18 hp power propelled the vehicle. The original price was £ 120 .
