Georges Speicher (born June 8, 1907 in Paris , † January 24, 1978 in Maisons-Laffitte ) was a French cyclist .

At the age of 18, Speicher was still cycling as a supplier before he joined the Vélo-Club de Levallois . Nicknamed Le Dandy , he won the Tour de France in 1933 . He was supported by a French team, which also included several later tour winners. By winning the world championship in the same year, he was the first driver to win the double.

Afterwards, Speicher was unable to build on his successful year 1933. In his last three tour participations he did not reach the goal. In 1935, 1937 and 1939 he was French road racing champion.
