The Honda Jade is a compact van from the Japanese car manufacturer Honda . The vehicle debuted as the Concept S concept vehicle at the Beijing Auto Show in April 2012. The production vehicle was presented at the Shanghai Auto Show in April 2013 and has been on sale in China since September 2013 as the successor to the Honda Stream . The van is being built on the basis of the ninth Civic generation by Honda's Chinese joint venture Dongfeng Honda Automobile .

The Jade is available as a five- or six-seater in three equipment variants.

In Japan, the vehicle has only been available as a six-seater and optionally with a gasoline hybrid drive since February 2015 .

The van was redesigned at the end of 2016.
