Holy Trinity is known for its strong athletic performance, and has won several championships since opening in sports such as basketball, soccer and hockey. The Senior Girls' Basketball team has made two consecutive appearances in the provincial championships (2005, 2006). Both Senior Boys' (2005) and Senior Girls' (2007) Soccer teams have also made appearances in the provincial championships. The school is currently home to the 2007 'AA' LOSSA Junior Girls', Senior Girls' and Junior Boys' Soccer champions.

===Singles===
The Junior Boys' Football team captured the 2007 LOSSA East Division title with a perfect 7-0-0 record -- the only junior team in LOSSA football to achieve this mark this year -- making them the first school football team to both win a divisional title and go undefeated. The junior team, however, failed to advance beyond the 'A'-pool quarter final game for the third consecutive year. The Senior Boys' Football team finished the season with a 4-2-0 record, qualifying them for the 'A'-pool quarter finals for the second consecutive year. With an overtime victory in the quarter final game, the team qualified for the 'A'-pool semi-finals, making them the first school football team to achieve this milestone. The seniors met a fate similar to the juniors' with a loss in the semi-final game.

Students participate in a variety of non-athletic programs as well, including dramatic, musical, academic, and social justice clubs. The Holy Trinity drama department has grown year by year and a performance is put on every year. Each year the stature of these performances (either musicals or straight plays) has grown substantially. Holy Trinity also boasts a very successful Student Cabinet, elected each spring, that has donated over $80 000CDN to the greater community since its inception just over four years ago. Notably, the HT Student Cabinet led a successful Terry Fox Foundation fundraising campaign in September 2008, setting a school fundraising record of over $26 400CDN. Holy Trinity also has a student-teacher run program named 'Trinity-Earth,' which strives towards benefiting the surrounding environment of Holy Trinity.
