Sveinn Jóhannsson (born 16 June 1999) is an Icelandic handball player for GWD Minden and the Icelandic national team.^[1]^[2]

He represented Iceland at the 2020 European Men's Handball Championship.^[3]^[4]

Sveinn came up through the junior ranks of Fjölnir.^[5]

From the 2024/2025 season, he plays for Kolstad Håndball.
