Arnór Þór Gunnarsson (born October 23, 1987 in Akureyri ) is an Icelandic handball player .
Career
The 1.80 meter tall and 80 kilogram right winger has been under contract with Bergischer HC since 2012 . He previously played with Þór Akureyri , Valur Reykjavík and TV Bittenfeld . With Valur Reykjavík, he won the Icelandic Championship in 2007 and the Icelandic Cup in 2008 and 2009.
For the Icelandic national team , he has played 105 international matches and scored 311 goals.

His younger brother Aron Gunnarsson plays football professionally and is the captain of the Icelandic national team .
