Yannick Fraatz (born August 12, 1999 in Cologne ) is a German  handball player .

He plays in the handball Bundesliga for  Bergische HC on the right wing position.

Fraatz played his first competitive game at the age of 17 in the DHB Cup against SC Magdeburg . As a youth player, Fraatz was active at HSG Nordhorn and TV Bissendorf-Holte. On June 17, 2017, he played his first game for the U19 national team against Italy; in this game the left-hander scored three goals.

For the 2018/19 season Fraatz switched to Bergisch HC .

Yannick Fraatz is the son of the former national player Jochen Fraatz .
