Rose McConnell Long (April 8, 1892May 27, 1970) was a United States Senator and the wife of Huey Long.

Long was born in Greensburg, Louisiana, in St. Helena Parish. She met Huey Long though a cake baking contest, which she won. Rose and Huey were married in 1913. After Huey's death in 1935, Rose was appointed to serve in the United States Senate. Rose won a special election on April 21, 1936 to serve out the rest of Huey's term but she declined to run for re-election for another six year term in November 1936.

She was the mother of Senator Russell B. Long.
