Callie Thorne (born November 20, 1969 in New York City) is an American actress best known for her role as Sheila Keefe, the 9/11 widow of Jimmy, who was the cousin of Tommy Gavin (Denis Leary) on Rescue Me Thorne studied Theatre and Dramatic Literature at Wheaton College in Massachusetts , and at The Lee Strasberg Institute in New York.

In addition to Rescue Me, she has had guest spots on such series as ER (2005 - 2006), Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2004), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2003 - 2004), The Wire (2002 - 2004), and others.

In 1997 and 1998 she also appeared as Detective Laura Ballard on the television series Homicide: Life on the Street.

She has also had many small roles in film and TV movies as well, but did have a starring role in Chocolate For Breakfast in 1998.

Thorne has also done work on stage, such as in the off-Broadway play The Country Club (1999), with Cynthia Nixon in New York City. Additionally, she appeared with Eric Bogosian and Sam Rockwell in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (2005), directed by Philip Seymour Hoffman.
