Championship Manager 03/04 is a football management game in the Championship Manager series. It is known for its superb gameplay and its easy development of youth players. Sporting a database of over 40 leagues and more than 200,000 players it allows the player an almost limitless degree of customization and an enormous variety of tactical options and formations from which to choose. It is considered by some to be the best and most complete football management game ever made.

This was the last game in the series to be produced prior to the Eidos - Sports Interactive split, and is thought by many to be the last in the line of true Championship Manager games, with the subsequent games widely considered to be vastly inferior.
