Sonja Balun Harand (born December 12, 1955) is an Austrian figure skater who competed in ladies singles. She was a four-time Austrian national champion from 1973 to 1976. She finished 17th at the 1972 Winter Olympics.
Sonja is the wife of Olympic hockey player Kurt Harand.
