Kerstin Frank (born October 23, 1988 in Vienna ) is an Austrian figure skater .

Frank started figure skating in 1998, before that she was active in roller figure skating . She is trained by the former Austrian national champion Sonja Harand (formerly Balun). Frank is five times Austrian national champion. In 2013 she finished twelfth at the European Championships in Zagreb . With 9th place at the Nebelhorn Trophy in September 2013 in Oberstdorf , she qualified for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi . There she retired after the short program as 26th with 48.00 points and could not appear in the final of the freestyle.

In August 2018, Kerstin Frank announced the end of her active competitive career as a figure skater via Facebook. Since then she has been working as a trainer.
