Hilde Holovsky (born April 29, 1917 in Vienna ; † July 3, 1933 there ) was an Austrian figure skater who started in a single run .

Holovsky was Austrian champion in figure skating for women in 1932 and 1933. She took part in European championships from 1931 to 1933 . In 1932 and 1933 she finished fourth and in 1931 she won the bronze medal in St. Moritz behind Sonja Henie and compatriot Fritzi Burger . Holovsky was even more successful at her two World Cup appearances . In 1931 in Berlin she was runner-up behind Sonja Henie and this time before Fritzi Burger. In 1933 in Stockholm she won bronze behind Henie and the Swede Vivi-Anne Hultén .

Holovsky was unable to compete in the 1932 World Cup and 1932 Olympics because both tournaments were held in North America and her parents could not afford it. She was also a good speed skater , setting the Austrian record over 500 meters in this discipline in 1932.

Holovsky died of appendicitis on July 3, 1933 and was buried in the Vienna Central Cemetery .
