Sven-Erik Österberg (born 10 March 1955 in Munktorp) is a Swedish politician and a member of the Social Democrats. He is the designated Governor of Norrbotten County and will assume office on 1 October 2012.[1] Österberg was Minister for Financial Markets from 2004 to 2006.[2]
