(13421) Holvorcem is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 11 November 1999 by the American US amateur astronomer Charles W. Juel at Fountain Hills Observatory ( IAU code 678) in Fountain Hills in the state of Arizona was discovered.
The asteroid was named after the Brazilian amateur astronomer Paulo R. Holvorcem , who won the 2003 Harvard-Smithsonian Comet Award.
