(1935) Lucerna is an asteroid of the main belt , which the Swiss astronomers on September 2, 1973 Paul Wild , from zimmerwald observatory of the University of Bern was made, discovered.

The asteroid is named after the Swiss city and the canton of Lucerne of the same name .
