Alejandro "Álex" Suárez Castro (born September 27, 1993 in Maó , Balearic Islands ) is a Spanish basketball player . He plays in the position of the power forward .

career

Álex Suárez began his junior career at Center de Tecnificació Esportiva Illes Balears (CTEIB) in Palma . In the summer of 2009, the then 16-year-old moved to the youth team of Joventut de Badalona , where he spent two seasons in the U-18 team.
