Åsa Mossberg

Åsa Ingegerd Elisabeth Mossberg (born December 10, 1968 in Gothenburg , Sweden ) is a Swedish film editor .

Life

Although Åsa Mossberg had been working with the drama I natt går Jorden under as an independent editor since 1994 , she did not finish her film studies at Den Danske Filmskole until 1997 . There she met while studying the later Danish director Pernille Fischer Christensen know, for them in several projects, including Habibti min elskede , A Soap and The Dance of the section took over.

Because the Swedish Guldbagge Film Prize does not have its own category for editors, these works are awarded the Prize for Special Achievement . In 2011 Mossberg won this award for her "sensitivity and analytical sharpness" when editing Bessere Zeiten .

Today she lives in Copenhagen and is self-employed as the founder of her own company Totalfilm .
