Óscar Rodríguez Capel (born June 8, 1982 ) is a Spanish volleyball player .

Career

Rodríguez Capel played in the Spanish league for Melilla , Jusan and VC Vecindario . In 2003 he moved from Telecom Málaga to CV Elche . A year later, the Libero came to Unicaja Almería . The Spanish international won the Cup (Copa del Rey) with the Andalusian club in 2009 and 2010. Shortly after he renewed his contract in 2010, he played a tournament with Almería at Moerser SC . The Bundesliga club was looking for an experienced sweeper alongside Tom Weber and since Rodríguez Capel was in competition with Alexis Valido in Spain , he moved to Germany.
