Austrian Association for Gymnastics
The Austrian Professional Association for Gymnastics ( short: ÖFT ) is the official representative for gymnastics , gymnastics , trampoline jumping , acrobatics , aerobics and rope skipping in Austria . The association, which was founded on July 26, 1947, represents around 130,000 members in competitive and popular sports with almost 500 member clubs, which are organized in nine regional associations . The association's headquarters are in Vienna .
structure
The Austrian Association for Gymnastics is an independent and non-partisan non-profit association. It represents its members in the national associations BSO and ÖOC and the international UEG and FIG . The president is Prof. Friedrich Manseder. All nine federal states also have their own state associations.
