Þórey Rósa Stefánsdóttir (born August 14, 1989 in Reykjavík ) is an Icelandic handball player . She completed over 100 international matches for the Icelandic national team .

Þórey Rósa initially played for the Icelandic clubs Íþróttafélag Reykjavíkur and Fram Reykjavík . With Fram she took part in the EHF Challenge Cup in the 2008/09 season . In the summer of 2009, the outside player moved to the Dutch first division club E&O Emmen. In February 2011, the left-hander signed a contract with the German Bundesliga club VfL Oldenburg . In July of the same year she moved to the Danish club Team Tvis Holstebro. In 2013 she won the EHF Cup with TTH . She then signed a contract with the Norwegian first division club Vipers Kristiansand . in summer 2017 she returned to Fram Reykjavík. With Fram she won the Icelandic championship in 2018. In 2020 she will be on maternity leave.
