Čechůvky (German Czechuwek ) is a district of Prostějov in the Czech Republic with 163 inhabitants (as of 2001).

The village lies east of Prostějov and belongs to the Okres Prostějov .

history

To the east of Čechůvky there is a chapel from 1722. In 1866 Prussian and Saxon units fought in Čechůvky. A crucifix was erected in memory of the skirmishes. In the middle of the 20th century the place belonged to the judicial district of Proßnitz . Between 1960 and 1972 Čechůvky was incorporated into Vrahovice . Since January 1, 1973, both villages are districts of Prostějov.
