The Črna prst is a mountain in Slovenia . It is located south of Bohinjska Bistrica in the Triglav National Park . The summit is 1844 m above sea level.
There is a mountain hut, the "Dom Zorka Jelinčiča", about 10 meters below the mountain peak.
North of the peak, starting at an altitude of around 1300 meters, is the only botanical reserve in the Julian Alps with an impressive variety of flowers.
The Črna Prst is part of the Via Alpina .
