Bohinjska Bistrica (German: Wochein Feistritz ) is a town in Slovenia and the center of the Bohinj region . The city lies east of the Bohinjsko Jezero (Eng. Wocheiner See ) in the Triglav National Park , but no longer in the Triglav National Park itself. Until the end of the Habsburg Empire, the city belonged to the Kronland Carniola , with Bohinjska Bistrica forming an independent municipality in the judicial district of Radmannsdorf (political district Radmannsdorf ).
